Consisting of former communist states, the Neo-Communist seek equality for all. Each communist state is seen as an equal because they each possess a specialty that contributes to the greater glory of the communist regime. They hope that by making the world fully communist, Earth will be better protected from the extra terrestrial life forms. They see the ITU as a weak, untrustworthy and corrupt organization.
